Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field with 5+ years of oligonucleotide synthesis experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for supervising scientists.
• Experience with synthetic organic chemistry and nucleic acid chemistry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the oligosynthesis scale-up team to accelerate RNAi therapeutics from discovery to development.
• Collaborate with CMC and Development to plan material generation and resource needs.
• Develop and improve synthesis methods and adopt new instrumentation and workflows.
