• MS with 8+ years of relevant industry experience in synthesis, oligonucleotides, solid‑phase synthesis, CMC.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMC activities to support clinical trials, product commercialization and regulatory submissions of oligonucleotide therapeutics.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams (Lilly Medicine Foundry and CMOs) for synthesis, tech transfer, and campaigns.
• Apply modern synthetic organic and nucleic acid chemistry to develop manufacturing technologies and address CMC challenges.
• Develop impurity control strategies aligned with global regulatory expectations and provide regulatory support.
