Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County Madison is seeking a Program Director to oversee school-aged and teen programming at the Madison club. This full-time role ensures program development, quality implementation, staff training, and budget oversight under the Club Director.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a child development field or related area is required.
Certificate of Achievement from Wisconsin Registry within 3 months of starting the role.
Minimum 2–4 years of work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
Infant/Child CPR & AED certification within three months of assuming role.

Responsibilities

Direct the implementation of high-quality programming for school-aged youth in alignment with organizational goals under supervision.
Lead staff supervision, ensuring proper youth-to-staff ratios and a safe Club environment.
Manage grant-funded programming, reporting, and compliance with grant requirements.
Develop partnerships to support Club programming, including tours, scheduling, youth recruitment, and monitoring.
