Boys & Girls Clubs of King County is seeking a PROGRAM DIRECTOR to lead Club operations, ensuring high-quality programs and service delivery for members, families, employees, and the community. You will strategically oversee budgeting, staff management, and partnerships that advance youth development and BGCKC goals.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in management, supervision, or leadership preferred.
• Two years’ youth development experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; professional presence and customer service.
• Ability to manage databases, collect information and pull accurate reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, budget and annual work plan for the Club site.
• Develop, share and use best practices to contribute to BGCKC's success.
• Oversee day-to-day management of Club programs, employees and facilities.
• Build key community partnerships and maintain relations with schools and other partners.
