Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Services, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar youth-development organization.
• Demonstrated understanding of youth development, behavior management, outcome evaluation, and program management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of school-based club sites and programs.
• Supervise and train staff; manage facilities and membership.
• Build community relations and partnerships to advance the mission.
• Ensure equity, trauma-informed practices, and continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute programs to meet grant requirements and sustainability.
• Monitor budgets and spending within approved limits.
• Provide leadership for strategic planning and execution.
