Job summary

Fontainebleau Miami Beach is seeking a Labor Relations Manager to assist the Director of Labor Relations in administering labor relations initiatives and ensuring compliance with the CBA. You will support case management, separations, grievance tracking, and policy interpretation across departments.

You will partner with leaders to address employee relations issues, conduct warnings and exit interviews, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in human resources, labor relations, or employee relations.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Labor Relations in administering labor relations initiatives and policy interpretation.
• Partner with leaders to review employee relations matters and ensure policy adherence to the CBA.
• Conduct final warning consultations and exit interviews with documentation.
• Monitor labor relations metrics and manage confidentiality across departments.
