Job summary

You will partner with sales and marketing, manage budgets and forecasting, enforce compliance, and lead a diverse team to drive revenue and guest satisfaction. This role demands strong leadership, industry knowledge, and hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years in a hospitality nightlife management role.
• Strong leadership to inspire a diverse team toward shared goals.
• Excellent financial management: budgeting, forecasting, analysis.
• Marketing and sales skills with experience driving revenue growth.
• Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of local hospitality laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all club operations: staffing, scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient club environment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and traffic.
• Coordinate events/promotions with sales/marketing to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare budgets/forecasts; analyze reports.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality and nightlife regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and community partners.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
