Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas, LLC seeks a Director of Labor Management to develop enterprise labor strategies, optimize productivity, and control costs across the resort and casino. You will partner with Operations, Finance, People, and Executives to align labor with demand while upholding guest service standards.

The role oversees forecasting, scheduling optimization, productivity analysis, budgets, and labor reporting, driving data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years in FP&A, labor management, or operational strategy with focus on labor efficiency.
• Experience in large-scale hospitality, gaming, resort, or entertainment environment preferred.
• Direct experience implementing UKG WFM Advanced Scheduling in a large-scale operation.
• Strong understanding of labor forecasting models, productivity metrics, and workforce analytics.
• Experience supporting union and non-union workforces.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of enterprise labor management strategies balancing operations, guest experience, and financial performance.
• Oversee labor forecasting, scheduling optimization, productivity analysis, and workforce planning across all resort departments.
• Partner with leaders to establish department labor standards, staffing models, and benchmarks.
• Monitor labor performance metrics and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Develop executive labor dashboards and reporting on workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead projects and provide recommendations to executive leadership.
