Qualifications

• Master's degree in an applicable field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in web, digital technology, or related fields with leadership responsibility.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise web and digital strategies.
• Experience with multi-site web ecosystems and enterprise CMS/DXP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-year web and digital experience strategy aligned with institutional priorities.
• Lead major website redesigns, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership for the University's web technology ecosystem.
• Oversee web analytics, optimization, accessibility, privacy, and governance.
