You will ensure a user-centered, accessible, data-informed web presence aligned with enrollment, advancement, and reputation goals.

The role blends UX, copywriting, analytics, and continuous improvement to serve prospective students, current students, and external audiences as core stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Experience in web strategy, digital marketing, or content management.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development and execution of a comprehensive web strategy aligned with institutional goals.
• Establishes and maintains web governance standards, including content workflows, publishing protocols, and brand consistency.
• Leads web content strategy, including copy and multimedia, ensuring clarity, consistency, and CDU voice.
• Writes, edits, and optimizes high-impact web copy focused on admissions, programs, and campaigns.
• Designs and improves user journeys for prospective students, applicants, donors, and community members.
• Optimizes site navigation, structure, and templates to boost usability and engagement.
• Conducts SEO and AI improvements and content audits for continuous optimization.
• Performs usability testing and accessibility audits to inform site improvements.
• Analyzes website performance using Google Analytics, Semrush, heat maps; translates data into actionable insights.
