Job summary

Brightview Towson Community is seeking an Activity Director to lead vibrant living programs for residents. The Vibrant Living Director will coach staff, design high-energy social, educational, physical and spiritual activities, and drive engagement across the community.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, seven years in a public-facing role with leadership experience, and strong communication, project management and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field supporting vibrant living; marketing, education or geriatrics preferred.
• Seven years of experience in a high energy, public role; three in leadership/supervisory capacity.
• Experience in event or activities planning, sales, and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to associates to deliver vibrant social, physical, educational and spiritual programs for residents.
• Monitor trends in senior living and support development of robust, varied programs; share strategies and best practices.
• Manage projects and measure resident participation and satisfaction across initiatives.
