Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Vibrant Living Director to lead our resident engagement across an active community. You will shape, coach and motivate teams to deliver vibrant social, educational, physical and spiritual programs that enhance residents’ lives.

You’ll manage projects, track participation and satisfaction, and stay current on senior living trends. The role offers a dynamic, impactful leadership path within Brightview’s community leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, education or geriatrics preferred.
• Minimum seven years in a high-energy public role; leadership experience required.
• Ability to connect with diverse audiences and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create schedules of activities and programs for residents in Independent and Assisted living.
• Provide leadership to associates and ensure high-quality vibrant programs.
• Monitor trends in senior living and manage company-wide initiatives and wellness programs.
• Develop strategies, measure resident participation, and drive impactful outcomes.
