Qualifications

• Ability to interpret vehicle condition reports and history information.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle condition using reports, photos and documentation.
• Review history reports, market trends, auction data, and pricing tools to determine values.
• Analyze retail and wholesale market conditions to support acquisition decisions.
• Communicate with dealership personnel to verify vehicle information.
• Partner with internal teams to determine market-based valuations and recommendations.
• Submit appraisal values within established timeframes.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in evaluations.
• Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations and inventory demand.
