- 12+ years of transportation engineering experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of firmwide transportation standards, best practices, and quality processes across the Transportation Engineering Community.
- Promote collaboration and work-sharing across offices and projects.
- Develop and mentor staff; support onboarding and succession planning.
- Shape technical strategy, investment in new technologies, and client relationships.
- Remain engaged in project leadership and provide technical oversight to mitigate risk.
