Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Director, Project Management – Transformation & Execution to lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across the AMC segment. You will translate strategy into execution through disciplined program management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decisions.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, AMC, you will guide manufacturing network strategy, capacity planning, and capital investments across a global footprint, partnering with Operations, Supply

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, strategy, project management, or business transformation.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong governance, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience developing manufacturing footprint, capacity planning, network optimization, and strategic operational roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional strategic programs that drive growth, productivity, and business transformation.
• Develop and execute project plans, governance structures, timelines, resource needs, and success metrics for critical initiatives.
• Define manufacturing footprint and capacity planning strategies across the network.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial teams to align strategies with demand and financial goals.
• Develop business cases, evaluate investment opportunities, and monitor returns on strategic capital projects.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to executive leadership and drive change management across the organization.
