Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or business transformation.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong project and program management expertise, including governance and risk management.
• Experience developing manufacturing footprint, capacity planning, and network optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategic programs and initiatives to drive growth, productivity, and transformation.
• Develop and execute project plans, governance, timelines, and success metrics.
• Establish program management standards and reporting to improve visibility and execution discipline.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial functions.
• Monitor KPIs and report progress, risks, and outcomes to executives.
• Drive organizational change management for new processes and systems.
