Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Vice President, Supply Chain for AMC to drive strategic oversight of an $800M spend portfolio and to lead a global, high-performing team. The role partners with divisional VP/GMs to align Sales, Inventory, Operations, and Planning strategies that improve cost, performance, and long-term capability.

The successful leader will transform operations, integrate initiatives across the enterprise, and develop top talent in a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years of supply chain or related experience expected.
• Remote US location OK with proximity to AMC plants in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3-year strategic supply chain roadmap aligned to growth targets.
• Standardize SIOP processes across divisions and ensure org alignment.
• Identify and execute cost-out opportunities across direct and indirect spend.
