Job summary

Augusta University is seeking an Assistant Director of Transfer Recruitment to supervise staff and lead strategic recruitment of undergraduate transfer, returning, post-baccalaureate, transient, and auditing students. You will collaborate with academic departments and community colleges to meet enrollment goals.

The role focuses on data-informed recruitment, student communication, and partnerships across the university. Salary ranges from $52,500 to $55,921 annually, with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
• At least 2 years experience in recruitment, marketing or related higher education fields.
• Experience supervising staff and working with transfer/adult learners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet undergraduate transfer enrollment goals.
• Visit colleges and transfer fairs; build relationships with feeder institutions.
• Supervise staff within the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
• Lead articulation agreements and MOUs with partner colleges.
