Job summary

Augusta University is seeking an Assistant Director within the Academic Advisement Center to lead full‑time Academic and Career Advisors and provide advisement in one of three meta‑major areas. Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master’s degree with advising experience and leadership/mentoring experience.
• Experience developing and delivering workshops and programming for student success.

Responsibilities

• Lead AAC Advising programs from orientation through graduation.
• Oversee staffing, evaluations, and day-to-day operations.
• Develop technology strategies to enhance student contact and service.
• Prepare reports on student trends and risk indicators.
