• 7+ years of progressive experience in learning and development.
• Experience in multi-unit, franchise, or service-based organizations.
• Strong public speaking and engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable training programs for Franchise Partners.
• Lead training for H.U.N.K.S. team members to ensure safety and customer service.
• Oversee pre-opening training programs for new Franchise Partners.
