Company Overview

Our firm is partnering with a growing, nationally recognized franchise organization to identify a Director of Operations. This individual will play a key role in supporting new franchise owners in their first 12-15 months as they launch, develop, and scale their businesses.

Position Overview

The Director of Operations will provide strategic guidance, operational coaching, and performance support to franchise owners during their first year in business. This individual will focus on driving sales effectiveness, profitability, and operational excellence while helping owners achieve key business milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor new franchise owners on sales performance, profitability, leadership, and overall business operations.
• Monitor KPIs and guide owners toward achieving key performance milestones.
• Lead one-on-one and group coaching sessions to address business challenges and improve results.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training programs, workshops, and educational events.
• Help franchise owners adopt operational processes, technology, and best practices.
• Foster accountability and provide actionable strategies to improve business performance.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in franchise operations, business coaching, or multi-unit operational leadership.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, P&L management, and KPI-driven business performance.
• Experience working with franchise owners or successfully owning and scaling a franchise business.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate business owners.
• Comfortable facilitating training and coaching individuals with varying levels of business experience.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Experience in service-based franchise businesses preferred.
