Job summary

Delta is seeking a Senior Training Director to lead state-wide training operations in NJ and PA, ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. The role oversees staff, curriculum development, and alignment with organizational goals.

You will manage the LMS, develop new courses for RLs, ADs, and RDs, and partner with regulators to maintain high standards while advancing the company's mission and values in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence.
• Five to ten (5-10) years of training experience in Human Services or related field.
• Three to five (3-5) years of supervisory experience.
• ATD Certification preferred.
• Must maintain Instructor certification in First Aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for all training operations across NJ and PA.
• Supervise training staff in both states, ensuring consistent delivery, documentation, and compliance.
• Develop and implement a formal, structured new-hire training program for RLs, ADs, and RDs.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS): build courses, track progress, and generate reports.
• Develop and maintain a unified training calendar for both states.
• Coordinate specialized sessions with Subject Matter Experts.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training priorities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and its impact on performance and KPIs.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and development of training staff.
