Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking a Director of Technical Training and Development to lead the evolution, execution, and continuous improvement of our critical facilities training platform. This role combines hands-on leadership with organizational development to turn an existing program into a scalable operating model.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in training, learning & development.
• Experience delivering or improving training for complex mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to manage training vendors and external delivery partners.
• Willingness to travel 20–40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end training execution across all sites, from onboarding to advanced certification.
• Oversee curriculum development, standards, governance, and scalability.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, EHS, HR, and leadership to translate needs into training plans.
• Manage third-party training vendors, certification bodies, and LMS providers.
• Build repeatable standards, workflows, and certification playbooks.
• Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing leaders and individual contributors.
• Travel 20–40% as needed.
