Job summary

Chamberlin + Associates in Phoenix seeks a Director of Training to own and elevate the company's learning strategy across all functions. You will design the training architecture, build the People on the Move program, and partner with operations to ensure a clear path for every employee.

You will lead the internal trainer, manage the Gracehill platform, ensure compliance with housing regulations, and align training with operational realities while driving measurable performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience with demonstrated success in leadership.
• Outstanding communication and facilitation skills across diverse audiences.
• Willingness to actively develop training and instructional design skills.
• Ability to assess performance gaps and implement practical interventions.
• Experience coordinating with operations and leadership to align training with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the Chamberlin training program across all functions, levels, and markets.
• Lead the internal trainers and own curriculum development and delivery.
• Administer and manage the People on the Move high-potential program.
• Develop training content for in-person, virtual, and Gracehill-based delivery.
• Ensure training compliance with fair housing, employment law, and standards.
• Build reporting on training completion, compliance, and outcomes.
