Chamberlin + Associates is seeking a Director of Training to own and elevate our multifamily training architecture, spanning site-level to corporate, with responsibility for developing the People on the Move program and coaching internal trainers.

The role oversees curriculum design, ensures compliance with employment standards, and partners with operations to translate learning into measurable performance improvements across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily property management with regional leadership experience.
• Proven track record in developing site-level talent and succession planning.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Ability to design practical training and instructional content.
• Experience coordinating with operations to align training with real-world needs.

Responsibilities

• Design a blended learning architecture across online, virtual, and in-person delivery.
• Create role-specific learning journeys mapping milestones to performance expectations.
• Integrate Gracehill's catalog as a core component of the program.
• Collaborate with regional and property leadership to reflect operational realities in training content.
• Continuously evaluate program effectiveness using performance data and field feedback.
