Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Phoenix seeks a seasoned leader to direct leadership development initiatives across the organization. You will design curricula, measure ROI, collaborate with department heads, and drive multi-year strategic roadmaps to build bench strength.

The role emphasizes instructor‑led and digital learning, coaching executives and teams, and ensuring learning aligns with business goals. Strong facilitation, communication, and analytic skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Expertise in Leadership, Organizational Learning and Development, Instructional Design, and Adult Development preferred.
• 5+ years’ related work experience, with two or more years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drives leadership development that enhances knowledge and capability of managers to lead toward goals and priorities.
• Develops and manages leadership development curriculum and measures success.
• Evaluates organizational capabilities and researches training best practices for GCNA programs.
• Designs and implements ROI-focused learning strategies and improves ROI.
• Leads and delivers presentations, meetings, and events in multiple modalities (instructor-led, virtual, synchronous, asynchronous).
• Responsible for multi-year strategic roadmaps and delivering key milestones.
• Benchmarks programs against industry standards and best-in-class organizations.
• Collaborates with department leaders to meet current and future training needs.
