Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Senior Training and Development leader to oversee the delivery of all classroom and field-based training across company products, systems, sales, operations, and corporate training. You will partner with the VP and Director to shape learning strategy and ensure programs meet organizational goals.

You will manage a diverse team of trainers and designers, drive program quality within budget, and collaborate with executives to identify training needs across business units,

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• At least 10 years of training experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs Training and Development Center staff and initiatives.
• Oversees delivery of classroom and field-based training for company products and systems.
• Leads needs assessment, development, and enhancement of training programs.
• Monitors budgets and program outcomes to ensure alignment with goals.
• Collaborates with senior management to identify training needs across units.
• Develops external resources and internal programs; evaluates effectiveness.
• Leads coaching and development of training managers.
