Job summary

Pathways Inc. is seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to develop and manage the organization’s annual training plan, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.

You will administer Pathways’ LMS, coordinate internal and external training opportunities, and tailor plans for various employee roles. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work with leadership to deliver effective onboarding and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor Pathways’ annual training plan to ensure compliance with CMCH Manual, CARF, CCBHC, and other bodies.
• Administer and maintain Pathways’ web-based Learning Management System (LMS).
• Collaborate with Service Line Directors to coordinate internal and external training opportunities.
• Develop training plans tailored to different employee types, roles, and responsibilities.
• Actively participate in Pathways’ employee orientation program for new hires.
• Track training completion and maintain accurate training records to support regulatory compliance, accreditation, and organizational requirements.
• Communicate training schedules, requirements, and deadlines to employees and leadership as needed.
