Job summary

Penn Power Group, LLC is seeking a Training Administrator to support the training strategy across our enterprise. You will manage certification programs, audit training records for compliance, and coordinate content across all product lines, ensuring workforce readiness and regulatory adherence.

You will administer the Paylocity Learning system, expand LMS usage, and collaborate with multiple locations to align training with service contracts and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, operations, program coordination, or L&D.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Comfort with Learning Management Systems or complex systems.
• Detail-oriented; strong documentation and data tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration across multiple locations.
• Preferred: Manufacturing, fleet, heavy equipment, or OEM certification background.

Responsibilities

• Manage certification programs (Allison and Carrier) and audit training records for compliance (DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, MSHA).
• Oversee technician training hierarchy and develop role-based content across product lines.
• Administer Paylocity Learning system; expand LMS use across PPG.
• Coordinate customer training requirements tied to service contracts.
• Develop annual training plan and budget.
