Job summary

Pathways Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a full-time Training and Compliance Specialist to develop and monitor the company’s annual training plan and ensure adherence to CMCH Manual, CARF, CCBHC, and other governing standards.

You will administer Pathways’ LMS, coordinate training opportunities with Service Line Directors, tailor training plans by role, support new hires, and maintain accurate records to support accreditation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, schedule, and monitor compliance with Pathways’ annual training plan to ensure all requirements of the KRS CMCH Manual, CARF, CCBHC, and other applicable governing bodies are met.
• Administer and maintain Pathways’ web-based Learning Management System (LMS).
• Collaborate with Service Line Directors to coordinate internal and external training opportunities.
• Develop training plans tailored to different employee types, roles, and responsibilities.
• Actively participate in Pathways’ employee orientation program for new hires.
• Track training completion and maintain accurate training records to support regulatory compliance, accreditation, and organizational requirements.
• Communicate training schedules, requirements, and deadlines to employees and leadership as needed.
