Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience creating technical training and leading a team of technical trainers in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Science or Education/Development.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of training techniques for technical and non-technical subjects.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational support for curricula development that is role-based and activity-based.
• Develop site training capabilities using a train-the-trainer approach.
• Lead a team of training colleagues and manage learning management systems.
