Job summary

TECHEAD is seeking an experienced Director of Technical Operations to lead support, operations, and strategic management of conference and audiovisual services across global office locations. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related AV or unified communications experience from a multi-location environment.
• At least 3 years of people management or supervisory experience of a team of 3+
• Strong expertise with video conferencing and collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx, Poly, and Crestron.
• Knowledge of AV systems, VoIP technologies, IP networking, and unified communications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
