Job summary

Oscilar is seeking a Senior Technical Account Management leader in the United States to build and scale a high-performing TAM team. You will drive ownership and technical excellence, ensure key metrics like GRR, NRR, customer satisfaction, and product adoption meet ambitious targets, and act as the senior escalation point for strategic accounts.

You will bridge customers, Product, and Engineering, translating field intelligence into platform roadmap decisions and championing agentic AI adoption
