Job summary

Total Expert is seeking a Lead Technical Account Manager to lead the TAM team and own the Admin Copilot subscription business.

You will partner with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Finance to scale delivery and grow recurring revenue with AI tooling and productized services.

This role demands P&L ownership, deep API, integration, data, and AI expertise, with a focus on setting technical standards, capacity planning, and talent development.
