Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, public administration, human resources, business administration, or a closely related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Four (4) years of professional experience in strategy, operations, HR, organizational effectiveness, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for HR strategy and effectiveness initiatives across SFUSD.
• Develop and manage division performance metrics, dashboards, and service standards.
• Oversee cross-departmental projects and budgets to support district priorities.
