Job summary

Blue Eagle Credit Union seeks a Director of Talent to oversee talent acquisition, retention, development, performance management, benefits and compensation, employee relations, and engagement initiatives. Ensures regulatory compliance and provides hands-on guidance to leaders across the organization.

The role partners with leadership to drive engagement, policy consistency, and strategic workforce planning while upholding credit union values and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• HR Certification (PHR, CUHRCP, SHRM-CP, HRCI) or equivalent.
• Understanding of state and federal employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA).
• Experience with talent acquisition, engagement and retention, development, performance, benefits and compensation, employee relations.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee talent acquisition strategies and partnering with hiring leaders.
• Manage onboarding, interviewing process, and hiring decisions.
