Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead the HR function, translating organizational priorities into effective programs, policies, and practices. You will oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, and employee relations while partnering with executive management to drive engagement and compliance.

The role requires extensive HR leadership experience, strong knowledge of employment laws, and a proven ability to align people strategies

Competenze

• 8 years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines.
• 5 years in HR management leading staff and programs.
• 3 years HRIS experience, preferably ADP.
• Thorough knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align people strategies with organizational objectives.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret workforce and payroll data.
• Experience overseeing compensation, payroll, employee benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development programs.
