Job summary

Year Up United is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to partner with senior leaders and drive enterprise-wide recruitment and workforce planning initiatives. This hybrid role requires in-person engagement and aims to build scalable programs for permanent and contingent hires.

Responsibilities include leading senior leadership recruitment, leveraging market intelligence, and championing equitable hiring practices to support organizational priorities and growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with leadership roles.
• Experience leading recruiting teams and partnering with senior executives.
• Strong workforce planning, analytics, and recruiting operations experience.
• Experience managing permanent and contingent hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership on market trends and hiring strategy.
• Lead designing and improving enterprise recruiting programs, tools, and operating models.
• Champion equitable hiring practices and diverse talent pipelines.
• Oversee senior leadership recruitment and governance of recruiting activities.
