Year Up United in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition to partner with senior leadership and drive enterprise-wide strategies for attracting diverse, high-caliber talent. This role requires strategic thinking, bold execution, and a focus on equitable hiring.

You will lead permanent and contingent recruiting, workforce planning, and advanced analytics, while evaluating AI-enabled recruiting technologies and ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with leadership and management responsibility.
• Experience leading recruiting teams and influencing senior leaders and executives.
• Strong workforce planning, talent analytics, and recruiting operations experience.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth and workforce needs.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership on market trends, workforce planning, and hiring strategy.
