USA Clinics Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Talent Acquisition to lead talent acquisition for a nationally recognized patient-centered healthcare organization focused on delivering exceptional service experiences.

We are seeking an innovative talent leader with experience creating exceptional candidate experiences, building scalable recruiting functions, developing employer brand initiatives, and leading high-performing recruitment teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Master's degree or SHRM/SPHR preferred.
• 8–10 years in talent acquisition with 3+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters, fostering collaboration and results.
• Use data-driven metrics to monitor and improve recruitment processes and align with business goals.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to offers and onboarding.
• Promote employer brand and develop training programs for recruiters.

Position Details:

• Location: Northbrook, IL
• Schedule: Full-time, weekend work as needed.
• Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs and workforce planning objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

• Utilize data-driven metrics to monitor and improve recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and workforce development.

• Promote a strong employer brand to attract a diverse range of candidates.

• Develop training and development programs for recruiting staff to enhance their skills and effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; a Master's degree or appropriate professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Experience creating exceptional candidate experiences and building scalable hiring processes across multiple locations.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing strategies.

• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment CRM tools.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
