Job summary

USA Clinics Group in Northbrook, IL is seeking a Director of Operations to lead continuous improvements across business and clinical operations. This full-time role reports to the SVP of Operations and focuses on scaling processes while maintaining patient-centered care.

The position offers a comprehensive compensation package and requires broad operational experience, KPI discipline, and the ability to manage managers across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in multi-site healthcare operations (ambulatory, urgent care, or outpatient preferred).
• Strong command of compliance, risk mitigation, and field team leadership.
• Experience leading managers across regions or states.
• Operational mindset with comfort in data, dashboards, and scaling processes.

Responsibilities

• Continuously improve operations across business and clinical operations.
• Define and track KPIs, patient experience, and business team productivity.
• Implement performance dashboards, SOPs, and standardized workflows.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Training, and Regional Clinical Leads to ensure aligned operations.
• Drive staff performance management, retention strategies, and operational consistency.
• Proactively identify and address risks or inefficiencies across markets.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Schedule: Full-time, including weekends when needed
• Compensation: $115,000 -$145,000 based on experience and qualifications.
