Job summary

Pernod Ricard USA is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition Strategy to lead the NA talent acquisition strategy in partnership with the Head of Talent Management and business leaders. Operating within an embedded recruiting model, this role provides centralized Talent Acquisition leadership, governance, tools, and standards while enabling recruiters to meet the unique needs of their functions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in progressive Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Experience leading executive search and senior leadership hiring.
• Experience in federated recruiting models with CoE and embedded recruiters.
• Strong analytics KPIs, data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build capability.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead North America talent acquisition strategy.
• Establish governance, standards, and ways of working across embedded recruiters.
• Lead end-to-end executive and critical-talent recruitment.
• Develop structured assessment tools and interview frameworks.
• Provide workforce planning, labor-market intelligence and analytics.
• Drive AI-enabled recruiting innovations and partnerships with external vendors.
