TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition in the United States, with responsibility for setting recruitment strategies, branding and metrics to improve organizational talent acquisition and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role reports to the GM USA Automotive Division and leads a TA team to meet aggressive hiring goals while driving continuous improvement across recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition/Human Resources experience.
• 2-3 years of progressive management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead short- and long-term talent strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals.
• Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
• Establish, implement and manage recruitment policies, analytics and sourcing processes.
