• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including VP level.
• Proven success advising senior executives through transformation and people decisions.
• Experience in complex global matrix organizations with leadership maturity.
• Strong capability in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and design.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the U.S. People strategy aligning with business priorities.
• Partner with North America leadership on organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, and culture.
• Lead organizational design and change initiatives across operating models and roles.
• Shape employee experience and engagement by aligning leadership behaviors with business priorities.
• Strengthen leadership pipelines via talent reviews, succession planning, and development.
• Lead U.S. strategic workforce planning, headcount, and capacity planning.
• Own U.S. Talent Acquisition in line with COE strategy and market insights.
• Use data to measure impact of People strategies and investments.
• Collaborate on reward programs, policy, and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Develop People teams and drive continuous improvement across processes.
