Pernod Ricard USA is seeking a Vice President, People Business Partner to lead the U.S. People Agenda and join the North America P&E leadership team.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into organization, talent, and culture decisions that drive performance and growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including VP-level in a business partner or enterprise People leadership role.
• Experience advising senior executives through organisational transformation and complex people decisions.
• Experience in complex, global matrixed organisations with leadership maturity and growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the U.S. People strategy, translating priorities into organization, talent, workforce, and culture plans.
• Partner with North America Extended Leadership Team on effectiveness, workforce strategy, leadership, talent, and culture.
• Lead organisational design and change initiatives including operating models and new ways of working.
• Shape employee experience by aligning leadership behaviours, culture, and people practices with business priorities.
• Develop leadership pipelines through talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management in partnership with COE.
• Oversee U.S. strategic workforce planning including headcount, location, and capability needs.
