Job summary

Pernod Ricard USA is seeking a Vice President, People Business Partner to lead the U.S. People agenda and join the North America P&E leadership team.

You will translate business strategy into organizational, talent, and culture decisions that drive performance and sustainable growth. You will guide a senior team and partner across Talent, OD, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Legal, and global teams to shape organizational effectiveness and leadership capability in a fast-moving consumer

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including current or recent VP-level experience.
• Experience advising senior executives through organizational transformation and complex people decisions.
• Experience in a global matrixed consumer-facing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the U.S. People strategy, aligning with business priorities and growth.
• Lead organizational design, change initiatives, and leadership transitions.
• Oversee Talent Acquisition, workforce planning, and employee experience improvements.
• Partner with Total Rewards, Legal, and Compliance on policy and governance across jurisdictions.
• Lead and develop People Business Partner and Talent Acquisition teams for scalability.
