Carondelet High School in Concord, CA, seeks a Director of Summer Programming and Community Engagement to lead programs for K–8 families and to partner with Enrollment, Academics, Student Life, Athletics, and Marketing.

This role requires exceptional communication, relationship building, and the ability to work with the MarCom team to promote events, coordinate outreach, and reflect the school's Catholic mission.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, marketing, business, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising program staff and developing student leaders.
• Experience in educational settings serving elementary to high school families.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead summer programming and year‑round community engagement initiatives.
• Plan and manage campus programs and events for K–8 families.
• Hire and supervise camp counselors and student leaders.
• Create engaging social media content and promotional materials with MarCom.
• Track participation, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with Catholic mission.
• Collaborate with Enrollment, Academics, Student Life, Athletics, and Marketing.
