De La Salle High School Of Concord is seeking a Director of Academic Services to lead the Master Schedule lifecycle, coordinating classes for students and faculty, and overseeing grading systems in close partnership with the Vice President for Academic Life.

The role requires managing scheduling, coordinating the calendar, and supporting admissions with placement meetings, while collaborating with Carondelet High School on joint scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Educational Administration, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in school administration, academic operations, or educational scheduling.
• Experience managing master schedules in a secondary school with PowerSchool or comparable SIS.
• Experience in a college-preparatory or Catholic/independent school setting preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the Master Schedule lifecycle from planning to implementation.
• Oversee registration materials for students, families, and faculty; manage student placement and matriculation.
• Coordinate class scheduling with Carondelet High School and shared catalog.
• Supervise grade reporting, audits for equity, and chair Academic Review Board.
• Support faculty development and academic calendar management including events.
• Assist Admissions with onboarding and placement meetings.
