Job summary

Wiregrass Georgia Technical College seeks a Director of Student Success to lead division goals, budgets, and projects. You will coordinate across campuses and with outside agencies, guide policy development, and supervise staff to enhance student outcomes.

You will engage with senior TCSG leadership and oversee procurement processes, vendor proposals, and orientation initiatives for new students across all campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in educational leadership, vocational administration, counseling, or closely related field, and 3 years in higher ed.
• Or an Associate’s degree in these fields with 5 years in higher ed.
• Equivalent combination of education and job-specific experience may be substituted year-for-year.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee division work plans, activities and projects to meet goals and budgets.
• Coordinate division activities with other divisions, departments and outside agencies.
• Develop and implement division policy procedures and provide leadership to division personnel.
• Assist and advise senior TCSG staff and participate in RFPs and vendor negotiations.
• Establish organizational structure to deliver quality service for internal and external clients.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in educational leadership

Associate’s degree in educational leadership

Master’s degree (preferred)
