West Georgia Technical College seeks a Director of Student Services to lead student conduct, accessibility and special populations programs. You will coordinate a college-wide response, ensuring due process and timely support for students.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with five years in management, plus strong policy, training and interdepartmental collaboration skills. This is a full‑time leadership position with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Five years of experience in management or related area.
• Experience interpreting policy and maintaining records.
• Experience with behavioral intervention teams and student conduct.

Responsabilités

• Lead student conduct administration and related processes.
• Coordinate Accessibility Services and Special Populations.
• Oversee KnightCARE and risk assessment activities.
• Develop policy revisions and training for staff and faculty.
• Maintain dashboards on case volume, sanctions, and satisfaction.
